If you have paid AVCs whilst a member of the SCPF, you should make sure you have completed an AVC Death Benefits Nomination Form as well as the SCPF Death in Service Nomination Form. The value of your AVC fund, returnable on death, is considered separately as it is payable at the discretion of the SCPF Trustee and not your Employing Company.
If you decide you want to make a change to your regular contribution rate or make a single contribution, you must complete an AVC Instruction Form (unit-linked only).
If you currently, or have previously, paid AVCs into the L&G With-Profit Fund, please instead fill out the AVC Instruction Form L&G With-Profit Fund.
If you want to make changes to your AVC contributions or are joining the Arrangement for the first time you must complete this form
If you are a Shell pensioner and you change your bank details, you should complete a UK bank form if you wish your pension payments to be made to a UK bank account.
If you are a Shell pensioner and you change your bank details, you should complete an Overseas bank form if you wish your pension payments to be made to a bank account outside of the UK.
If you have left Shell or you are a Shell pensioner, you should complete this form if you change your address or your marital or civil partnership status changes. If you are an Active Member, you should update your personal profile in Shell People on HR Online, to indicate your change of address or status.
If you are an Active Member of the SCPF and you wish to opt-out of the scheme you should complete this form.
If you are an Active Member, you should make sure you have completed an SCPF Death in Service Nomination Form, and that you keep it up to date. Your Employing Company will then know who you wish to receive the lump sum death benefit and will take this into account when making a full assessment of your personal circumstances if you die in service.
If you are in receipt of an Incapacity Pension, you should make sure you have completed an SCPF Death Benefit form for Incapacity Pensioners, and that you keep it up to date.
