A new administration platform is planned for 2027

We’re currently working on introducing a new pension administration platform, designed to deliver a more digitally intelligent, high-quality service. The new system will use proven solutions to improve efficiency while keeping costs under control, with a strong focus on putting members at the heart of the service. This upgrade will bring improvements for both members and administration processes, helping to provide a smoother, more responsive experience. We aim to launch the new platform in the second half of 2027.
