Member Self-Service is your online portal. It allows you to make changes to your personal details if you are a deferred or pensioner member, view your annual benefit statement if you’re an active member, and, if you’re a pensioner, take a look at your pension payslip and P60.
Please remember to update us when your details change so that we can keep in touch with you and send you important information, especially once we’re paying your benefits.
