A new administration platform is planned for 2027

You may remember we mentioned in last year’s Source our plan to introduce a new pension 

administration platform, designed to deliver a more digital, high-quality and secure service. The new system will use proven solutions to improve efficiency, with a strong focus on putting members at the heart of the service.

This upgrade will bring improvements for both members and administration processes, helping to provide a smoother, more responsive experience. We aim to launch the new platform in the second half of 2027.
