Shell Pensioner Programme (SPP)

The Shell Pensioner Programme (SPP) is a service funded by Shell, specifically designed for SPA members who receive an SCPF or SOCPF pension. The SPP offers valuable information and guidance to pensioners on a wide range of issues. Additionally, it provides essential support to pensioners facing financial difficulties by assisting them in accessing means-tested support from the Shell Pensioners Benevolent Association (SPBA).

Are you a Shell Pensioner in need of support? If you fall into this category, the Shell Pensioner Programme has dedicated Pensioner Programme Officers (PPOs) available regionally to assist you. These officers are here to help with any concerns you may have, not limited to financial matters.

What can PPOs do for you?

  • Offer Help and Support: PPOs typically initiate contact through a phone call if they have your contact details. However, if we don’t have your information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
  • Provide Information and Resources: PPOs can guide you on various issues that are relevant to your situation.
  • Connect You to Local Support Networks: They can help you find local support networks, services, and professional assistance if needed.
  • Facilitate Access to Means-Tested Benevolent Support from SPBA: If you require financial assistance, PPOs can guide you through the process of accessing support from the SPBA.

Whether you need our support directly or know someone who does, please feel free to contact us without hesitation. We’re here to assist you.
