Tim Morrison
Tim Morrison (Chairman of Shell Pensions Trust)
Tim joined the Shell Pension Trustee Board in 2014 and took over from Clive Mather as Chairman in 2018. Tim worked for Shell for more than 30 years across a variety of roles, including Group Controller and EVP Finance for the Downstream Business. Alongside chairing the Shell Pension Trust Board, he also chairs a small charity pension fund and is involved with additional voluntary pensions advisory roles.
Alan Davies
Alan Davies
Alan is Chair of the Investment and Funding Committee. He first joined Shell in 1980 and worked overseas for Shell in Saudi Arabia, The Netherlands, Oman and Thailand between 1983 and 1996, before becoming a Finance Adviser for Oil Products Europe and shortly after becoming VP Group Pensions. Alan retired from Shell in 2017 and was subsequently asked by the Company to join the Board in 2019.
Ian Chisholm

Ian joined the Trustee Board in 2024 and is a member of the Investment and Funding Committee. Ian is a Deferred member of the SCPF and worked for Shell for over 26 years in a variety of finance roles including Vice President Financial Markets and General Manager of the Trustee Services Unit. Ian currently works for Grosvenor as Group Treasurer and is a non-executive Director at Sanctuary Housing Association.
Kaego Uba-Machie
Kaego Uba-Machie
Kaego joined the Trustee Board in 2022 as an MND and is a member of the Risk and Operations Committee. Before her appointment, Kaego worked for Shell for over 10 years across various areas of the company, including UK Country Controller Office. Alongside her role as an MND, Kaego is also a finance coach and senior lecturer at BPP University.
Moon Hussain

Moon joined the Trustee Board in 2022 as an MND and is Chair of the Risk and Operations Committee. Moon worked for Shell for more than 30 years across a variety of roles, including Vice-President Qatar LNG and Senior Deal Principal.
Ingrid Button
Ingrid joined the Trustee Board in 2021 and is a member of the Investment and Funding Committee. She is currently the Senior Vice President Renewables & Energy Solutions.
Ian Franklin
Ian joined the Trustee Board in 2021 and is a member of the Risk and Operations Committee. Alongside this, he is currently the Executive Vice President HR Operations & Employee Experience.
Alison McNeil
Alison McNeil
Alison joined the Trustee Board in 2024 and is a member of the Risk and Operations Committee and Chair of the GMP Equalisation Steering Group. Alison is a Pensioner member of the SCPF and worked for Shell in various legal roles for 23 years during which time she worked in the UK and overseas in the Hague and Dubai. Alison's last role at Shell was as Head of the Business Integrity Department. Alison is currently a Trustee Director for The Nuclear Trust and Nuclear Liabilities Fund Ltd.
