This POA can be enacted at any time.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cb\u003Ehealth and welfare\u003C/b\u003E gives your attorneys the legal right to make decisions about your health, medical treatment and care home arrangements. This can include daily care, end of life care and life sustaining treatment. cover everything – make sure you have the right one in place for your circumstances, or set up both
