The Investment Adviser helps the Trustee to monitor investment performance and the performance of the Investment Manager.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EInvestment Manager -\u003C/b\u003E The Investment Manager appointed by the Trustee is Goldman Sachs Asset Management.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Investment Manager invests the SOCPF assets in accordance with the investment strategy and guidelines set out by the Trustee.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003ELegal Advisers \u003C/b\u003E- The Legal Advisers appointed by the Trustee are Shell International Limited and Conyers Dill &
