In summary, they are generally as follows:\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003E60% of your own pension, before giving up any pension for a cash sum when you retired.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003C/ul\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Ch2\u003EAre there any other payments due?\u003C/h2\u003E\r\n\r\n\r\n\u003Cul\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EIf you have been receiving a pension for less than five years, the remainder of the payments due for the five-year period are payable to your estate as a lump sum, subject to certain limits.\u003C/li\u003E\r\n\u003Cli\u003EIf you are not married and do not have a civil partner, a pension may be payable to an Adult Dependant, at the discretion of your Employing Company.
