An audit will be conducted at least once every year and more often in certain circumstances.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EInvestment Adviser\u003C/b\u003E - The Investment Adviser appointed by the Trustee is Aon.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Investment Adviser provides investment advice to the Trustee. The Investment Adviser helps the Trustee to monitor investment performance and the performance of the Investment Manager.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EInvestment Manager\u003C/b\u003E - The Investment Manager appointed by the Trustee is Goldman Sachs Asset Management.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Investment Manager invests the SCPF assets in accordance with the investment strategy and guidelines set out by the Trustee.
