Pensioner members will be aware of the Pensioner Liaison Scheme whose aim it is to maintain a link between the Company and the pensioner through the services of a number of Pensioner Liaison Representatives (PLRs).  Where necessary, and with the help of the various back-up facilities available to them, the PLRs may be in a position to arrange help with dealing with a range of questions and problems that can face pensioners and their dependants.

The Scheme is managed and administered within the Pensions Advisory Unit and the PLRs work closely with Pensions Administration team, the Shell Pensioners Benevolence and the SMBP Pensioners Benevolence Associations.

If you do not know who your PLR is, please call the Pensions Advisory Unit on 0207 934 2144/2741 who will help you.

If you would like to know more about the Scheme or be considered for a future PLR role, please write to the PLR Scheme managers, Kara Duncombe or Jenny Cuttle, Pensions Advisory Unit, FT/P, Shell International Ltd, Shell Centre, London, SE1 7NA or email pensions-advisory-unit@shell.com.

During the course of payment your pension will increase each year, as long as there is an increase in the Retail Prices Index (RPI).
