The Trustee Services Unit supports the Trustee Board and provides information and pensions administration services for members.
The Trustee Services Unit works with the Trustee Directors to ensure the Board and the Committees are functioning effectively, and that they receive the expert advice necessary to help them make decisions.
It is made up of the Pensions Advisory Unit, the Pensions Administration Team, and supported by the Finance Team.
The Pensions Advisory Unit deals with all aspects relating to active members, Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) and the Pensioner Liaison Representative (PLR) Scheme.
Pensions Administration Team
The Pensions Administration Team deals with members who have left service with deferred benefits or are pensioners drawing a pension. This includes transfer-out enquiries and the retirement of deferred members.
